A template for a map in Normal Mercator projection.

Covers 85° N to 85° S with a 15° graticule.

In The GIMP, simply open and specify pixel dimensions to render.

In Inkscape open the Layers palette to turn on the background and feature layers and start drawing.

Should work with any other SVG capable software.
