| Some of my work is under Creative Commons licenses For those that are, if you use them please attribute this way: [Title of Work], Copyright [date], Kevin Michael Smith. Used under the terms of the [Title of Specific License] Hyperlink the work title to the deviation page and the license title to the Creative Commons Deed page. If hyperlinks are not available, include the links in the text. For images, it's sufficient if you include the attribution in a supplementary description or documentation presented with the image (You can put it in the Deviation Description, you don't have to put the text right into the image) As long as the supplementary text is always with the image. For text works it can be included with your own copyright notice in a copyright section/page. I'd appreciate if you tell me what you do with my CC licensed work, but it's not a requirement. Also, make sure you understand the terms of the specific licenses before using any of my work, and remember that not all of my work is under such licenses. |
